As of March 2021, I had to arrange a partial refund for the non-download portion of my purchase - I didn't get a shipping notice for either BHS or WAM (ordered in Nov 2020) and have not received either CD in the mail, despite multiple contact attempts, to which I've had no reply. It's such a shame because the music is so good.
